    • Provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs showing the quality issue.
    • Our customer support team will assess the request and may require additional information.
    3. Refunds or Replacements
    • For verified quality issues, we offer the option of a refund or replacement product, subject to availability.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval and issued to the original payment method.
    4. Non-Quality Related Returns
    • Due to the consumable nature of products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than quality issues.
    5. Order Cancellation
    • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
